Step 2: Document Submission
After completing the online form, please scan and email the following documents to admissions@thornhillschool.co.za

Proof of Permanent Residence: Latest water & lights account (or a copy of your lease agreement). Please note: Ward council letters will not be accepted.
Proof of Employment (Both Parents): Salary advice, a confirmation letter from your employer, or an auditor’s letter if self-employed.
Identity Documents: Clear copies of IDs for both parents.
Birth Certificate: A copy of your child’s Unabridged Birth Certificate.
Schooling History: Latest school report (proof of previous school and grade).
Financial Clearance: Your current school’s up-to-date school fees account statement.
Medical Records: A copy of your child’s Immunisation Card.
