A Personal Introduction Letter:

A brief letter introducing your family setup and child/children + contact number.
A brief statement explaining why you would like to join Thornhill Primary School and acknowledging your understanding that Thornhill is a fee-paying school.

Proof of Permanent Residence: Latest water and lights account or a valid lease agreement (please note: Ward Councillor letters are not accepted).

Proof of Employment (Both Parents): Recent salary slip, employer confirmation letter, or an auditor’s statement if self-employed.

Identity Documents: Clear copies of both parents’ RSA IDs or Passports.

Birth Certificate: A copy of your child’s Unabridged Birth Certificate.

Academic History: Your child’s most recent official school report.

Financial Clearance: Up-to-date school fees statement from your child’s current school.

Medical Records: A clear copy of your child’s immunisation record.
